Everything you need to know about your transformational journey
Your retreat includes accommodation, all yoga and meditation sessions, sound healing, waterfall hike, Beach cookout, three nutritious meals daily, sacred ceremonies, luxury accommodation and access to all facilities (sauna, cold plunge, outdoor gym), room service, airport transfers, and welcome/farewell gifts. The only extras are optional add-on activities like horse riding, surfing and spa treatments.
We recommend comfortable yoga clothes, swimwear, sandals, a sun hat, reef-safe sunscreen,a big spray, a reusable water bottle, and a journal. Yoga mats and props are provided. A detailed packing list will be sent upon booking confirmation.
Absolutely! Our retreat welcomes all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our skilled instructors offer modifications for every pose and practice, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported throughout their journey.
August in Mizata, El Salvador, falls within the region’s rainy season. You can expect very warm, humid conditions with frequent afternoon thunderstorms and rain showers. The average daytime temperature is around 30°C (86°F), while nights are cooler at approximately 20°C (68°F).
Solo travelers are warmly welcomed! Many of our guests come alone and find it’s a wonderful way to focus on personal growth. Our intimate group setting makes it easy to connect with like-minded individuals and form lasting friendships.
As this is a personal growth and healing retreat, we do not allow drinking during the retreat program.
This retreat is for anyone seeking growth, healing, balance, peace, or a fresh perspective. It’s also great if you feel stuck, need a break, want a sense of direction, or love adventure and trying new experiences.
